Total Rewards Specialist (Contract/Part-Time)

Capriccio HR is seeking a contract (1099). This part-time contract role will be responsible for providing support in the areas of compensation and benefits projects. Projects tend to be heavy in the area of compensation. This role is very ad hoc in nature and hours will be limited and only available as projects are in play.

 

Duties

  • Compensation: Market pricing, job evaluation, salary planning, bonus plan administration. Structure or plan creation a plus.

  • Benefits: Benefit plan administration, benefits audit, process documentation, and open enrollment.

  • Other: while this role is primarily focused on total rewards, tasks in other areas of HR may be assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and skills working in excel.

  • Familiarity with key HR Metrics, especially in total rewards

  • Able to pick up and work within most HRIS systems and technologies

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Certification or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field a plus
